The Weeknd, Skrillex, Nicki Minaj, Axwell & Ingrosso and Lil Wayne will headline the first Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival, produced in partnership with Live Nation, featuring a special guest performance by Justin Bieber, his first appearance in New York City in three years.

The highly anticipated festival produced by Billboard, the leading global destination for charts,
