Ernest Borgnine dies at the Age of 95

Ernest Borgnine, born Ermes Effron Borgnino, dies today,
Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the age of 95. Probably
best known to most of us at Commander Quinton McHale from the 1960's television
show McHale's Navy, to my kid’s generation as Mermaid Man on the show Spongebob
Squarepants, and to my parents’ generation knows Borgnine as the Academy Award
winner for the 1995 film "Marty.” Borgnine died in Los Angeles California,
he will be remembered by many fans spanning many generations.
