ROCK ON THE RANGE ACTIVATES MILITARY/PINK SLIP TICKET DISCOUNT AND GO GREEN INITIATIVE MAY 22 AND 23 AT COLUMBUS CREW STADIUM IN OHIO

SET TIMES ANNOUNCED FOR AMERICA’S PREMIERE ROCK DESTINATION FESTIVAL

This year’s annual ROCK ON THE RANGE festival--May 22 and 23 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio--will once again activate both their Military/Pink Slip Ticket Discount and “Go Green Initiative” for this year’s weekend-long celebration of rock. This commitment from the organizers for America’s premiere destination rock festival not only ensures music fans can continue to attend the festival, but also easily participate in an eco-friendly incentive program.
As a way to honor those who serve their country, ROTR will once again offer a $30 single day ticket to members of the military. This discounted ticket is also available to those who are unemployed as a result of the economic uncertainty in the region. To qualify for the $30 ticket, concertgoers must present a photo ID, along with military ID, a state-issued unemployment certification or an unemployment pay stub to the Columbus Crew box office from Wednesday, May 19 at 9:00 AM-Friday, May 21 at 6:00 PM.

In addition, ROCK ON THE RANGE 2010 will once again activate their annual “Go Green Initiative” whereby concertgoers trade their old, broken or unused cell phone for special ROTR prizes. Drop boxes will be placed throughout the Columbus Crew Stadium all weekend long.
The power-packed line-up for this year’s ROCK ON THE RANGE is as follows. Note: doors open at 11:00 AM and music starts at Noon each day.
