At just 19 years old, New York native Liv Hanna has used her expansive vocal range and songwriting prowess to create an addictive blend of indie, R&B, and modern pop.

Fresh off the release of her previous two singles, “Rebound” and “Drowning in Bacardi,” Hanna has just unveiled “Lovers In The Night,” a sultry new single perfect for the sweaty summer ahead.

“Lovers In The Night” officially drops July 8 on all digital streaming platforms.

“This song is about being in your own world and not caring about an audience watching your every move,” shares Hanna.
“It is about two people going out and just having a good time oblivious to their surroundings. It’s about spending the night with someone and being carefree ‘Lovers In The Night.’”

Written by Hanna with some added compositional funk provided by co-producers Guy Eckstine & Paul Pesco, “Lovers In The Night” showcases Hanna’s dance-worthy grooves highlighted by infectious bass lines and multi-layered vocal harmonies.

“Lovers In The Night” pairs Philly soul with the perfect amount of ear candy to please the headphone crowd.

When the Covid-19 pandemic took hold, Hanna found herself isolated from her classmates while sequestered at home. During that time, she began writing songs and released “New You,” produced by Guy Eckstine and Joe “Legacy” Lindsay.

As Hanna continued to compose new songs, Eckstine called on session guitar ace, Paul Pesco (Madonna, Jennifer Lopez) to co-produce. The collaboration led to the release of the singles “Bedroom,” and “Self Made,” both showcasing Hanna’s evolution towards incorporating R&B influences into her music.

“I use my music to convey experiences that will make my audience feel something real,” says Hanna. “I connect music to everything that I go through, and I know from first-hand experience how much a song can influence a mood and help someone.”

Liv Hanna will continue releasing single and videos throughout 2022.
