UnRated Publications Launches Urban Site and Names Editor
MAY 28, 2010, CHICAGO--UnRated Publications is pleased to announce the launch of its latest online publication, UnRated Urban Magazine (UUM).
UnRated Urban Magazine (www.unratedurbanmagazine.com officially launched June 1, 2010 and features the latest in urban and underground music, fashion, film, television, comedy and lifestyle (fashion, beauty, food and culture).
One of the primary goals of the site will be to feature local and national undiscovered and under exposed talent. Chicago native Tamara Jenkins will serve as Editor-in-Chief. Jenkins will oversee all editorial content. Jenkins stated "I am delighted and thrilled to take on this responsibility and thank UnRated Publications for giving me this opportunity.”
Jenkins was previously a freelance writer for UnRated Magazine and is currently the Chicago Cultural Events Examiner on Examiner.com/Chicago. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University.
