Prince Caspian, the true king of the Telmarines people escapes a murderous plot staged his uncle Miraz to take the throne. Caspian flees from his bed, with the aid and advice from his educator and guardian Cornelius. Cornelius gives him Queen Susan's horn to call on the past kings of Narnia, but only to use in time of grave danger. The danger comes soon enough, Caspian instructed to run to the forbidden forest for safety, with the thought that his uncle and men would not follow. As Caspian is about to be captured he pressed his lips upon the horn and we are taken to a different time, away from the magical kingdom, now standing in a train station during World War II with Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter, the Kings and Queens of Narnia. Peter is in a fight with some school mates...then the four are transported back to the Narnia Kindom, but the kingdom has changed. The four must once again go into battle for Narnia with Caspian and the belief that Aslan will come back. The film has many battles and death, before viewing make sure it's appropriate with your child.
