Industrial Evolution Begins as PRIMITIVE RACE Signs With Metropolis Records
Supergroup Announces Forthcoming EP and Album

March 10, 2015 – Rising from the sonic milieu and emerging as an entirely new species unto themselves, industrial rock supergroup PRIMITIVE RACE will make their long awaited debut on Metropolis Records. Long In The Tooth is an industrial Battle Royale “versus EP” opposite genre heavyweightRaymond Watts’ PIG, available on all formats from June 19, 2015.  ‘PIG vs. PRIMITIVE RACE’; Long In The Tooth features nearly 50 minutes of music – served up with the grinding urgency of roots Industrial – and with an evolutionary cadre of conspirators in tow.  The EP features remixes by an all-star cast of deviants, including: Praga Khan (Lords of Acid); Graham Crabb (Pop Will Eat Itself); Mary Byker (Gaye Bikers on Acid; Pigface; Apollo 440); AK1200; Bells Into Machines; Army Of The Universe and Mark Brooks (Warlock, Pinchers; Foreskin 500; Night Club).

Conceived by bassist, impresario and Lords Of Acid manager/executive producer Chris Kniker; PRIMITIVE RACE features regular appearances from Graham Crabb (Pop Will Eat Itself), Erie Loch (LUXT, Blownload,  Exageist), and Mark Gemini Thwaite (Peter Murphy, Tricky, Gary Numan).
That core is joined by an all-star cast of contributors including Tommy Victor (Prong, Ministry, Danzig), Dave “Rave” Ogilvie (Skinny Puppy, Jakalope), Kourtney Klein (Combichrist, Nitzer Ebb), Mark “3KSK” Brooks (Warlock Pinchers, Foreskin 500, Night Club), Josh Bradford (RevCo, Stayte, Simple Shelter), Diggie Diamond (Foreskin 500), and more!

Launched under a veil of secrecy in 2013, PRIMITIVE RACE is poised to take their place among other industrial rock titans with the release of Long In The Tooth, and will follow with a late Summer release of their debut album.  PRIMITIVE RACE is ready to seep forth from the primordial stew of nearly two years’ evolution, and aims to take the past, present, and future of industrial with them.
